π Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@igearshub.com or via WhatsApp, and provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
π° Refunds
Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged on arrival
- Out-of-stock after payment
- Cancelled before shipping
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7β10 business days after the return is approved and the item is received back.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
